Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the purchase agreement without giving any reason within 14 days, calculated from the date of delivery of the last item in the order.
If the last day of this period falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline for submitting the withdrawal request is extended until the next business day.
To submit a withdrawal request before the order is shipped or to request a return after delivery, go to your orders in your customer account and select the relevant order.
You may also contact us at kontakt@6ftdeep.pl. In your request, provide information allowing us to identify the order and an unequivocal statement of your decision to withdraw from the agreement.
Returning the Product
After informing us of your withdrawal, return the product within 14 days to the following address:

The buyer is financially responsible for the cost of the return.
Refund of Payment
After receiving information about the withdrawal, we will refund the payments due, including the cost of delivery of the order up to the amount of the cheapest standard delivery method offered at the time of purchase, no later than within 14 days.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or proof that it has been returned, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase, unless we agree with you on another method that does not result in any additional costs for you.
Exceptions and Complaints
The right of withdrawal may not apply in cases provided for by law.
The buyer does not have the right to return a product without giving a reason in the case of a sticker made to order, based on a design or idea provided by the buyer.
Withdrawal from the agreement does not limit the rights available to the customer in connection with a defective or non-conforming product.

Odstąpienie od umowy
Jeśli jesteś konsumentem, możesz odstąpić od umowy zakupu bez podania przyczyny w ciągu 14 dni, licząc od dnia dostawy ostatniej pozycji w zamówieniu.
Jeżeli ostatni dzień tego terminu przypada w weekend lub święto, termin na złożenie żądania zostaje przedłużony do następnego dnia roboczego.
Aby zgłosić odstąpienie przed wysyłką zamówienia albo zażądać zwrotu po jego dostarczeniu, przejdź do swoich zamówień w koncie klienta i wybierz odpowiednie zamówienie.

Odesłanie produktu Po poinformowaniu nas o odstąpieniu odeślij produkt w terminie 14 dni na adres: Tarnowa 88 62-740 Tuliszków. Odpowiedzialność finansową zwrotu ponosi kupujący.
Zwrot płatności Po otrzymaniu informacji o odstąpieniu zwrócimy należne płatności, w tym koszt dostarczenia zamówienia do wysokości najtańszego zwykłego sposobu dostawy oferowanego przy zakupie, nie później niż w ciągu 14 dni. Możemy wstrzymać zwrot płatności do chwili otrzymania produktu albo dowodu jego odesłania, w zależności od tego, co nastąpi wcześniej. Zwrot wykonamy tą samą metodą płatności, której użyto przy zakupie, chyba że uzgodnimy z Tobą inną metodę, która nie wiąże się dla Ciebie z dodatkowymi kosztami.
Wyjątki i reklamacje Prawo odstąpienia może nie przysługiwać w przypadkach przewidzianych przez prawo. Kupującemu nie przysługuje prawo zwrotu bez podania przyczyny, w przypadku naklejki wykonanej na zamówienie, ze wzorem bądź pomysłem kupującego. Odstąpienie od umowy nie ogranicza praw przysługujących klientowi w związku z wadliwym lub niezgodnym z umową produktem.
